These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AUdoc (the “Portal”, “we”, “us”), the campus health management platform for Assam University Silchar, available at voiddoc.me and through the AUdoc mobile app. By creating an account or using any part of the Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AUdoc.
By registering on AUdoc, signing in via Google, or otherwise accessing the Portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced within them. These Terms apply to students, faculty, staff, and any other member of the Assam University community who uses the Portal.
AUdoc provides campus health management services including:
You must be a current student, faculty member, or staff of Assam University Silchar to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Appointments are subject to availability. AUdoc does not guarantee specific time slots. You may cancel or reschedule appointments as per the cancellation policy. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions.
Blood donation is voluntary. AUdoc facilitates connections between donors and recipients but does not conduct medical procedures. All donations are managed by qualified medical professionals at the campus health centre. Eligibility criteria for donation are determined by medical staff.
The AI chatbot provides general health guidance only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns. AUdoc is not liable for any decisions made based on chatbot responses.
If applicable, all payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Refund policies are subject to the specific service terms. AUdoc does not store payment card details on its servers.
AUdoc is a health management platform, not a medical service provider. The portal facilitates access to health services but does not provide medical advice or treatment. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.
Your personal and medical information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
AUdoc and Assam University shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the portal. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for the services in question.
All content, design, logos, and software on AUdoc are the intellectual property of AUdoc and Assam University Silchar. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the portal ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AUdoc after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or portal notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Silchar, Assam.
